In deze rol krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, waarbij verzuim, inzetbaarheid en behoud van medewerkers belangrijke thema's zijn. Je komt terecht in een grote, landelijk opererende dienstverlenende organisatie met duizenden medewerkers verspreid over Nederland. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een grote operationele medewerkerspopulatie, een dynamische werkomgeving en relatief veel personeelsbeweging. Dat maakt de HR-vraagstukken veelzijdig en vraagt om een HR Adviseur die gewend is om zelfstandig complexe casuïstiek op te pakken en leidinggevenden stevig én praktisch te adviseren. Wil jij jouw HR-ervaring inzetten binnen een organisatie waar onderwerpen als verzuim, inzetbaarheid en behoud dagelijks op de agenda staan? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Als HR Adviseur ondersteun en adviseer je leidinggevenden op rayon- en districtsniveau bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de individuele casus: je gebruikt HR-data om ontwikkelingen te signaleren en helpt het management om structureel verbeteringen door te voeren. Verzuim is hierin een belangrijk aandachtsgebied. Je analyseert verzuimcijfers, signaleert trends en afwijkingen en adviseert leidinggevenden over de juiste aanpak. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder andere casemanagers en andere HR-specialisten.
