Werken bij De Schoor Op zoek naar een HR-rol met betekenis? Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw HR-expertise in te zetten op zowel op tactisch als operationeel niveau. Je bent een betrokken sparringpartner voor teamleiders en adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-thema's. Benaderbaar, zichtbaar, en ondersteunend. Een veelzijdige functie met maatschappelijke betekenis, veel verantwoordelijkheid en volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief. HR-adviseur 32 uur Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige rol ben je sparringpartner en adviseur voor teamleiders op uiteenlopende HR-thema's. Door jouw zichtbaarheid weet je wat er speelt en waar actie nodig is. Je voert regie op thema's als duurzame inzetbaarheid, personeelsontwikkeling en personeelsplanning, houdt overzicht over lopende trajecten en zorgt voor een proactieve en tijdige opvolging. Wat kun je van deze rol verwachten? - Je bent aanspreekpunt bij uiteenlopende (complexe) personeelsvraagstukken. - Je adviseert over uiteenlopende vraagstukken, zoals cao, duurzame inzetbaarheid, verzuim en loopbaan, en begeleidt organisatieveranderingen binnen jouw werkgebied. - Je signaleert knelpunten binnen HR-processen en doet verbetervoorstellen. - Je draagt projectmatig bij aan HR-thema's, zoals de Arbocommissie en de HR-werkgroep van de wijkteams, waarin je een voortrekkersrol neemt. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Met jouw toegankelijke persoonlijkheid en scherpe inzichten ben je een betrouwbare adviespartner en waardevolle sparringpartner van een team van leidinggevenden binnen onze organisatie. Je weet je positie te verwerven en bent goed op de hoogte van wat er allemaal speelt. Verder weet jij hoe je gevraagd én ongevraagd advies geeft en durf je lastige boodschappen op een heldere en overtuigende manier over te brengen. - Je hebt een hbo-diploma in HRM of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR-adviseur en weet hoe je verschillende HR-vraagstukken succesvol aanpakt. - Je bent ...
