Dat doe je samen met 14 collega's in het HR team, iedereen met zijn eigen specialisme. Je werkt graag zelfstandig en je weet snel je weg te vinden. Samen met twee andere HR adviseurs maak je leidinggevende in het magazijn elke dag een beetje beter, zorg je dat we de juiste oplossing vinden in casuistiek en dat we de medewerkersreis elke dag een beetje beter maken. - Een passende oplossing in HR castuistiek. - Leidinggevenden helpen in teamontwikkeling. - Kansen spotten en projecten starten en begeleiden. - Analyseren van HR data naar concrete actiepunten. - Leidinggevende elke dag een beetje beter maken. Wat je kan - Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als HR adviseur. - Je vindt voorkomen leuker dan oplossen. - Je vindt je werkschoenen dragen leuker dan achter je computer zitten. - Je bent resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
