Een zelfstandige HR-rol voor een professional die initiatief neemt

Deze werkgever zoekt een HR-professional die graag midden in de organisatie staat en die niet afwacht tot een vraag op zijn of haar bureau terechtkomt, maar zelf de werkvloer opgaat om te zien wat er speelt, en actie onderneemt. Een HR Adviseur die leidinggevenden en medewerkers van duidelijk en eerlijk advies voorziet, ook wanneer het onderwerp ingewikkeld of gevoelig is.

Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de bouw- en recyclingsector zoeken wij een HR Adviseur voor 32 uur per week. In deze zelfstandige functie ben jij het HR-aanspreekpunt voor meerdere locaties in Noord-Nederland, waaronder de regio Delfzijl en Groningen.

Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de operatie. De ene dag begeleid je een verzuimtraject of adviseer je een leidinggevende bij een lastige personeelskwestie. De volgende dag ben je op de werkvloer, signaleer je wat er speelt en neem je zelf het initiatief om zaken in beweging te krijgen.

Dit is een functie voor iemand die zelfstandig kan opereren, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet voor ieder vraagstuk eerst bevestiging nodig heeft. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen werk vorm te geven, maar wordt tegelijkertijd onderdeel van een ervaren HR-team waarmee je kunt sparren en samenwerken. Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Adviseur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-ondersteuning van jouw locaties in Noord-Nederland. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie en weet daardoor wat er speelt.

Je bent een stevige en toegankelijke gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden. Je luistert, analyseert en adviseert, maar durft ook een standpunt in te nemen wanneer dat nodig is. Niet ieder vraagstuk heeft een standaardantwoord en juist daarom is het belangrijk dat jij zelfstandig afwegingen kunt maken en knopen durft door te hakken.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken; • Fung
