Dit ga je doen als HR Advisor Als HR Adviseur bij Quooker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze productieorganisatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, kent de medewerkers en leidinggevenden en weet wat er speelt. In deze groeiende en dynamische omgeving maak jij dagelijks impact op mensen, teams en resultaten. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken rondom recruitment, verzuim, functioneren, talentontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je bent toegankelijk en betrokken, maar durft ook kritische gesprekken te voeren en duidelijke verwachtingen te scheppen. Door de groei van onze productie speel je een belangrijke rol in recruitment en personeelsplanning. Je onderhoudt contacten met recruitment- en uitzendpartners, voert sollicitatiegesprekken en zorgt samen met leidinggevenden voor een sterke onboarding van nieuwe collega's. Daarnaast begeleid je verzuimdossiers, analyseer je HR-data en signaleer je kansen om verzuim te verlagen en processen te verbeteren. Je vertaalt HR-beleid naar praktische oplossingen die werken op de productievloer. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en werkt samen met leidinggevenden aan een werkomgeving waarin ontwikkeling, eigenaarschap en prestaties centraal staan.
