We zoeken een ervaren interim HR-professional of zzp'er die AFAS goed kent, HR-administratie oppakt, processen verbetert, zelfstandig werkt en aanspreekpunt is voor managers, coördinatoren en medewerkers binnen onze organisatie. Ook werk je nauw samen met onze salarisadministrateurs. In jouw functie werk je vooral op de centrumlocatie in Hilversum, samen met jouw collega's. In overleg kan worden gekeken naar de thuiswerkmogelijkheden. Een vaste thuiswerkdag is bij ons niet de norm. Wat ga je doen als HR & AFAS Specialist - Interim / ZZP ? Als HR & AFAS Specialist combineer je HR-administratie met AFAS-beheer en procesverbetering. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers, werkt zelfstandig, zorgt voor uniforme werkwijzen en neemt collega's mee in verbeteringen. - Beheer en richt AFAS verder in. - Signaleer en realiseer verbeteringen in AFAS en HR-processen. - Uniformeer werkwijzen en coördineer werkzaamheden. - Verwerk en controleer mutaties bij in-, door- en uitstroom. - Bewaak personeelsdos...
