Voor een internationale dienstverlener binnen de industriële sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Personeelsadministratie voor het hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen. De organisatie ondersteunt grote spelers in onder meer de (petro)chemische industrie, energiesector, staalindustrie en bouw met gespecialiseerde industriële diensten.

Als HR Payroller ben je een belangrijke administratieve en operationele schakel binnen de HR-afdeling.

  • Beheren van afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie en sociale documenten
  • Ondersteunen bij de loonsverwerking en payrolladministratie
  • Opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en personeelsdossiers
  • Voorbereiden van het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Administratieve verwerking van functioneringsgesprekken en opleidingsbehoeften
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van opleidingen
  • Meewerken aan HR-digitalisatieprojecten
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van HR-processen

Kortom: jij zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte payroll- en HR-administratie binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.

Je bent een ervaren payrollprofessional die nauwkeurig werkt en vlot samenwerkt met collega’s en partners.

  • Je hebt ervaring met personeelsadministratie
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega’s en externe partners
  • Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en bent stressbestendig
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
