We bereiken met ons nieuws miljoenen Nederlanders per dag. Je komt terecht in een hecht HR-team van 19 collega's, bestaande uit een manager, zes business partners met ieder hun eigen afdelingen, vijf support medewerkers en functioneel beheerder, een management assistent, een recruiter, een talentscout en drie collega's bij de NOS Academie. We werken nauw samen met elkaar en met andere afdelingen. Wat je gaat doen Als HR business partner ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management, hoofdredacties en de redacties binnen de NOS. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en ondersteunt managers bij veranderingen binnen hun teams en organisatieonderdelen. Je komt te werken in een organisatie die flink in beweging is. Veranderingen in hoe we (samen)werken, cultuur, leiderschap, organisatiestructuur, en innovatie in onze branche vragen om een HR-professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, overzicht houdt en altijd de verbinding zoekt tussen mens, organisatie en de ambities van onze organisatie. In deze interessante omgeving speel jij een sleutelrol in het verder versterken van de rol en positionering van HR: van uitvoerend naar richtinggevend, en van adviserend naar co-creërend. In eerste instantie werk je voor NOS Sport en NOS Evenementen. Onze business partners wisselen regelmatig van afdeling, waardoor je kennismaakt met verschillende organisatieonderdelen en vraagstukken.
