Werken bij Quooker HR Business Partner - Hybride - - Ridderkerk - Human Resources Jouw functie bij Quooker - Als HR Business Partner ben je betrokken bij de volle breedte van het HR-vak: van dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken en advies tot organisatieontwikkeling. - Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor managers op het gebied van leiderschap, teamontwikkeling en performance en neemt hierin zelf het initiatief. - Je combineert de dagelijkse HR-praktijk met impactvolle projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Quooker. Dit ga je doen als HR Business Partner Als HR Business Partner ben jij de sparringpartner voor onze teams in R&D, Quality en Finance. Je adviseert managers over leiderschap, performance, team-, talent- en organisatieontwikkeling. Je kent de business, signaleert kansen en vertaalt uitdagingen naar praktische en toekomstbestendige HR-oplossingen. Ook recruitment, werving & selectie en verzuim zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol. Je denkt mee over de personeelsbehoefte, begeleidt het volledige recruitmentproces en zorgt samen met managers voor een sterke onboarding van nieuwe collega's. Bij verzuim neem je de regie, adviseer je leidinggevenden en kijk je naar mogelijkheden om verzuim duurzaam en preventief te verminderen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan projecten die Quooker verder brengen, zoals de ontwikkeling van onze performancecultuur, de optimalisatie van Personio en het versterken van de employee journey. In een organisatie waar eigenaarschap, resultaatgerichtheid en continue ontwikkeling centraal staan, speel jij een actieve rol. Je daagt managers uit, stimuleert een open feedbackcultuur en brengt verbeteringen daadwerkelijk in beweging. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationele, tactische en strategische HR-vraagstukken en bouwt samen met je HR-collega's aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van Quooker.
