Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie In deze rol ben je de ogen en oren van de organisatie: je signaleert ontwikkelingen, zoekt voortdurend de verbinding en stimuleert samenwerking. Je bent nauw betrokken bij (strategische) HR-vraagstukken en vormt een essentiële schakel tussen de organisatie en het HR-team. Met een integrale blik adviseer je over het volledige spectrum van HR-onderwerpen en weet je moeiteloos te schakelen tussen de verschillende belangen van alle betrokken partijen. Deze vacature is ontstaan door interne doorgroei, wat de focus op ontwikkeling en groei binnen de organisatie onderstreept. Als HR-businesspartner ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een of meerdere accounts, afhankelijk van de grootte van deze accounts. Je adviseert en ondersteunt de 10 tot 20 leidinggevenden binnen jouw account(s). Daarnaast neem je deel aan diverse werk- en projectgroepen, zoals die voor leren en ontwikkelen, datagedreven werken of pre- en onboarding. Ook kun je als specialist optreden op specifieke terreinen, zoals , verzuim of pensioenen. Je tijd besteed je ongeveer voor 80% aan je account en voor 20% aan projecten, werkgroepen en/of een expertisegebied. Het is een afwisselende baan waarin je moet kunnen omgaan met hectiek. Je houdt je bezig met verschillende taken zoals: - Advies en ondersteuning bieden: Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor met name het management en adviseert op verschillende HR-gebieden, zoals in-, door-, en uitstroom, talentontwikkeling, arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim, werving en selectie, en functiewaardering. Je begeleidt indien nodig teamsessies rondom een HR-vraagstuk en je verzorg...
