Functie omschrijving Voor onze klant, een gevestigde speler binnen de uitzendsector met een uitgebreid netwerk van kantoren verspreid over België, zoeken we een Career Consultant.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Career Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen kandidaten en bedrijven.

Je gaat actief op zoek naar talent, bouwt relaties op met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures snel én kwalitatief ingevuld worden.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Kandidaten zoeken, screenen en interviewen.
  • Ervaring, competenties en verwachtingen van kandidaten in kaart brengen.
  • Kandidaten matchen met openstaande vacatures.
  • Kandidaten telefonisch voorstellen aan klanten én prospecten.
  • Dagelijks commerciële gesprekken voeren met bedrijven.
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken opvolgen en feedback verwerken.
  • Contracten opmaken en administratief correct verwerken.
  • Instaan voor een correcte opvolging van lonen en personeelsdossiers.
  • Waken over veilige arbeidsomstandigheden bij klanten.
  • Sociaal-juridische documenten correct beheren.
  • Regelmatig klanten bezoeken om de werkomgeving en functies beter te leren kennen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen sales, rekrutering of klantgerichte dienstverlening is een plus.
  • Een bacheloropleiding is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contacten.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en stelt de juiste vragen om kandidaten echt te leren kennen.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en ziet opportuniteiten.
  • Telefoneren schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling, tempo en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet tot kansen vanzelf voorbij komen.
