Als HR Consultant Office ben je verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering van bediendeprofielen zoals:

  • Administratief medewerkers
  • Customer Service Medewerkers
  • Logistiek en Maritieme bedienden
  • Commerciele Medewerkers
  • HR- en Finance ondersteunende profielen

Daarnaast:

  • Zoek, screen en interview je kandidaten actief via diverse kanalen;
  • Bouw je een kwalitatieve kandidatenpool uit;
  • Stel je kandidaten professioneel voor aan klanten;
  • Beheer je je eigen vacatures, pipeline en resultaten;
  • Onderhoud en versterk je bestaande klantenrelaties;
  • Werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen onze kantoren;
  • Neem je actief deel aan klantenbezoeken, evaluaties en commerciële acties;
  • Denk je mee over opportuniteiten om de business verder te laten groeien.

Je combineert recruitment en commercieel advies: je zoekt geschikte kandidaten, begeleidt hen naar een nieuwe job en bouwt sterke relaties uit met klanten. Een afwisselende functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wij zoeken vooral iemand met drive, enthousiasme en een ondernemende mindset.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelorwerk- en denkniveau;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands;
  • Je bent sociaal sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op;
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en ziet commerciële opportuniteiten;
  • Je krijgt energie van telefonische contacten en face-to-face gesprekken;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt van afwisseling;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tussen Kapellen, Antwerpen en uitzonderlijk Mechelen;
  • Ervaring in recruitment, HR, sales of customer service is een plus, maar geen must;
