Wat ga je doen?

Rekruteren & kandidaten begeleiden

  • Actief kandidaten zoeken via LinkedIn, jobboards en andere kanalen.
  • Potentiële kandidaten bellen, gesprekken voeren en beoordelen of ze passen bij de vacature.
  • Kandidaten testen en evalueren.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden tijdens hun onboarding.
  • Infosessies geven voor kandidaten of teams.

Administratie & planning

  • Vacatures uitschrijven en plaatsen op jobsites en social media.
  • Klanten- en kandidatengegevens nauwkeurig bijhouden in ons systeem.
  • Arbeidscontracten en werkpostfiches correct opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Planningen beheren en deadlines bewaken.
  • Rapporteren volgens de afspraken met de klant.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor in HR, talen, communicatie, psychologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Geen bachelor? Relevante ervaring in HR, talent acquisition, payroll, sales of administratie (ook als jobstudent) zien we graag.
  • Mensenmens die verder kijkt dan het cv.
  • Blijft kalm onder druk en bewaart het overzicht.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, vooral in administratie.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
