In ons kantoor in Lokeren staat een extra stoel klaar! ‎ Wat doen we? Met veel woorden: tijdelijke arbeid, selectie & rekrutering, payrolling, testing & assessment, outplacement... ‎ In één woord: mensenwerk! De juiste mensen matchen met de juiste job. En daarin zijn we goed, omdat we luisteren naar onze klanten, praten met onze kandidaten en heel veel lachen met elkaar. ‎ Jouw werkdag? Telefoontje van een radeloze klant: hij heeft superdringend een extra arbeider nodig. Jij duikt meteen in je database. In een mum van tijd heb je een veelbelovende shortlist van kandidaten. Je belt ze allemaal even op, pikt er de beste uit en nodigt ze uit voor een babbel op kantoor. Je peilt naar hun motivatie en competenties, tot je de perfecte match beet hebt. Klant dankbaar, kandidaat blij, jij gelukkig!

  • Beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste werkervaring in de hr-wereld.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
