Aktuell suchen wir: 1 HR-Controller_in

Unser HR-Controlling-Team in Wien sucht tatkräftige Unterstützung! In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position agieren Sie als Sparringpartner_in für das Management, erstellen unternehmensweite Auswertungen und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Prozessen voran. Sie arbeiten gerne mit Zahlen, verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und überzeugen gleichzeitig durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke? Zudem bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Controlling-Systemen mit? Dann freuen wir uns darauf Sie kennenzulernen!

Aufgaben:

* Mitarbeit im HR-Controlling mit direkter Berichtslinie an die HR-Leitung

* Aufbereitung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung relevanter HR-Kennzahlen

* Erstellung der laufenden Planung, Budgetierung sowie periodischer Forecasts

* Mitarbeit an der Implementierung eines neuen konzernweiten HR-Systems

* Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Management bei HR-relevanten Fragestellungen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling idealerweise im HR-Controlling

* Sehr gute BMD-NTCS Kenntnisse, Power BI und SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe IT-Affinität, Hands-On-Mentalität und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz

* Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und hoher Eigeninitiative
