In dieser Position sind Sie Datenexpert:in und arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Stellen, intern wie extern (Konzern), zusammen. Es wartet eine spannende Herausforderung in einem motivierten und dynamischen Team in einem Versicherungsunternehmen, das Teil eines internationalen Konzerns ist.

Ihre Aufgaben * Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Personalreports, FTE-, Headcount- und Personalkennzahlen sowie Aufbereitung von Management- und Konzernreportings auf Basis von SAP HCM/BW. * Erstellung und Überwachung der FTE- und Personalkostenplanung sowie Forecasts, inklusive Abweichungsanalysen, Identifikation wesentlicher Veränderungstreiber und Ableitung von Learnings. * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen, Planstellen und Kostenverteilungen in SAP OM sowie Abstimmung von Soll- und Ist-FTE und Abgleich mit dem Recruiting. * Ermittlung und Aufbereitung von Grundlagen für Rückstellungen, insbesondere für Bonifikationen, Abfertigungen, Jubiläumsgelder, Pensionen, Urlaub und Gleitzeit, sowie Unterstützung bei Jahresabschluss und Wirtschaftsprüfung. * Ermittlung und Analyse relevanter Personalkennzahlen für Management, Risikoberichte und CSRD-/ESG-Reporting sowie Durchführung von Benchmarks mit relevanten Marktdaten. * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie, insbesondere bei der Bildung von Vergleichsgruppen, Gehaltsanalysen und der Erstellung der erforderlichen Berichterstattung gemäß Art. 9. * Aufbereitung von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Führungskräfte, insbesondere im Rahmen der jährlichen Personal- und Budgetplanung. * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen mit besonderem Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung.

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftlich geprägte Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf BWL, Controlling, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Statistik oder Data Analytics * Exzellente MS Excel Kenntnisse: komplexe Formeln, Power Query, Pivot, Validierungen, große Datenmengen, Szenarien * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM, insbesondere der Module Personaladministration (PA) und Organisationsmanagement (OM) * Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein Gespür für Zahlen und der Entwicklung * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement * Proaktive, eigenständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise * Teamfähigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit * Interesse an laufender Weiterbildung
