Als HR & Preventie Specialist krijg je de kans om een veelzijdige rol op te nemen waarin HR en veiligheid hand in hand gaan. Binnen een organisatie van een 40-tal medewerkers ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met personeelsbeleid en preventie te maken heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en krijgt de nodige vrijheid om structuren uit te bouwen, processen te optimaliseren en nieuwe initiatieven te lanceren. Een gevarieerde uitdaging waarbij je niet alleen operationeel meewerkt, maar ook écht impact hebt op de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

De functie inhoud Als HR & Preventie Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan taken:

  • Je staat in voor de volledige rekrutering, selectie en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken organiseren en opvolgen
  • Je bouwt HR-procedures en een praktisch HR-beleid verder uit
  • De loon- en personeelsadministratie voorbereiden in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Je volgt personeelsdossiers nauwgezet op, waaronder contracten, afwezigheden, overuren, tijdelijke werkloosheid, medische onderzoeken en RVA-aanvragen
  • Ook de administratieve opvolging van onderaannemers, Checkinatwork en Limosa behoort tot jouw takenpakket
  • Als interne preventieadviseur niveau 3 waak je over de veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Je werkt risicoanalyses, toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsprocedures uit en volgt deze verder op
  • Het beheer van PBM's, werkkledij, arbeidsmiddelen en wettelijke keuringen neem je voor jouw rekening
  • Je volgt arbeidsongevallen, EHBO, brandpreventie, chemische producten en het verkeersplan op
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor de administratieve opvolging van het wagenpark, verzekeringen en schadegevallen
  • Je coördineert onderhoudswerken aan de bedrijfsgebouwen in samenwerking met externe partners

Onze klant Als HR & Preventie Specialist kom je terecht in een stabiele organisatie met een 40-tal medewerkers, waar korte communicatielijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de CEO en krijgt heel wat verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie om zowel het HR- als preventiebeleid verder uit te bouwen. Er ligt een mooie uitdaging om bestaande structuren te professionaliseren en nieuwe procedures op poten te zetten. Dankzij de ruimte voor initiatief, opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling krijg je de kans om jouw stempel te drukken binnen de organisatie en mee te bouwen aan een veilige en aangename werkomgeving. Voor de functie van HR & Preventie Specialist zoeken we iemand die zich herkent in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding of ervaring binnen HR, personeelsadministratie en/of preventie
  • Een attest als preventieadviseur niveau 3 is mooi meegenomen. Heb je dit nog niet? Dan ben je bereid om de opleiding te volgen
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving
  • Zelfstandig werken, nauwkeurigheid en discretie zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren
  • Het uitwerken en implementeren van praktische procedures schrikt jou niet af
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie en met externe partners
