Für unseren Standort in Ruprechtshofen suchen wir eine/n** HR Generalist (m/w/d).**

Was Dich erwartet

- Operative und administrative Personalbetreuung vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt für gewerbliche und kaufmännische Mitarbeitende - Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft inkl. Pflege, Kontrolle und Korrektur von Zeitdaten, Schichtmodellen, und Abwesenheiten - Durchführung vorbereitender Tätigkeiten für die Entgeltabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der externen / internen Lohnabrechnung - Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Verwaltung digitaler Personalakten Erstellung aller personalrelevanten Dokumente wie Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse, Bescheinigungen und Stellenbeschreibungen - Betreuung, Pflege und Anwendung unserer HRM- und Zeitwirtschaftssysteme (z. B. Rexx, Atoss oder vergleichbar) - Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen HR-Fragestellungen - Unterstützung im Recruitingprozess (Terminorganisation, Bewerberkommunikation, Pflege der Systeme) - Mitarbeit bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen - Erstellung von personalrelevanten Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken - Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse auf lokaler Ebene

Was wir erwarten

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen / administrativen Personalarbeit - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Erfahrung in vorbereitenden Abrechnungstätigkeiten - Sicherer Umgang mit HRM- und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. Atoss, Rexx oder vergleichbar) - Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein - Serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
