De rol: Van HR-beleid naar zichtbaar resultaat Als HR Manager bij Bakkerij Braas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verder professionaliseren van het HR-beleid binnen onze organisatie.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen directie, management en medewerkers en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je helpt onze missie, visie en kernwaarden zichtbaar te maken in de dagelijkse praktijk en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, veiligheid, vitaliteit en continu verbeteren centraal staan.

Je bent niet alleen beleidsmatig sterk, maar voelt je ook thuis op de werkvloer. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van een 24/7 productieomgeving en weet wanneer je strategisch moet adviseren en wanneer je zelf de handen uit de mouwen moet steken.

Jouw focus ligt op leiderschapsontwikkeling, organisatieontwikkeling, duurzame inzetbaarheid, performance management, recruitment, verzuimbeheersing en de verdere digitalisering van HR-processen binnen AFAS.

Wat ga je doen?

- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van het HR-beleid en de HR-strategie.

- Vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete HR-programma's en initiatieven.

- Adviseren en ondersteunen van directie en management bij organisatie-, leiderschaps- en personeelsvraagstukken.

- Verder ontwikkelen van de HR-processen binnen AFAS en het vergroten van datagedreven HR-sturing.

- Verantwoordelijk voor recruitment, onboarding, talentontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

- Initiëren en begeleiden van verandertrajecten en organisatieontwikkelingen.
