Dan is deze functie als HR Manager (24-38 uur per week) bij Crowne Plaza Maastricht een mooie volgende stap. De voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die 38 uur beschikbaar is, maar ook 24 of 32 uur is bespreekbaar. Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor HR binnen het hotel. Je bent sparringpartner voor het management en onderdeel van het Management Team. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en bent tegelijkertijd een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers. Een brede HR-functie dus, waarin HR-advies, recruitment, verzuim, arbeidsrecht, ontwikkeling en HR-administratie samenkomen! Wat ga je doen als HR Manager Als HR Manager bij Crowne Plaza Maastricht krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen goed verlopen, maar kijkt ook continu naar wat er beter kan. Je kent de organisatie en de medewerkers, weet wat er op de verschillende afdelingen speelt en helpt managers om goed werkgeverschap in de praktijk te brengen. Het is een brede HR rol waarin je adviserend optreedt omtrent arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken enerzijds maar ook aan de slag gaat met recruitment en onboarding. Je werkzaamheden bestaan verder onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van ziekteverzuim en re-integratietrajecten volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter. - Bewaken van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en de Horeca CAO. - Beheren van HR-administratie, personeelsdossiers en HR-systemen. - Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties en samenwerken met payroll. - Coördineren van opl...
