Jouw nieuwe functie Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en realiseren van het strategische HR-beleid in functie van de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar een toekomstgerichte HR-strategie en ontwikkelt een eerlijk, competitief en transparant verlonings- en voordelenbeleid. Daarnaast bouw je een sterke instroom van talent uit, ook op internationaal vlak en creëer je ontwikkelings- en opleidingsprogramma's die medewerkers ondersteunen in hun professionele groei. Je werkt een duurzame retentiestrategie uit om talent te behouden en betrokkenheid te versterken. Via HR-dashboards en rapporteringen bied je het management inzicht in personeel gerelateerde trends en KPI's. Als strategische gesprekspartner adviseer je het management over organisatieontwikkeling en personeelsplanning. Tot slot stuur, coach en ondersteun je de HR Business Partner die instaat voor de operationele HR-processen en personeelsbegeleiding.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma met minstens 5 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur ook internationale recrutering
  • Expertise in het ontwikkelen van HR-strategieën, ervaring in een senior HR-rol binnen een groeiende, internationale of innovatieve organisatie.
  • Ervaring in opzetten van opleidings-, ontwikkelings- en retentieprogramma's die duurzame groei van medewerkers ondersteunen.
  • Analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met HR-data, rapportering en het vertalen van inzichten naar strategische aanbevelingen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, en een natuurlijke sparringpartner voor het management en ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van medewerkers.
