Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

Wir suchen Verstärkung im Personalwesen. In dieser Position, als HR-Manager_in VZ, werden Sie nach der Einschulungsphase eigene Aufgabengebiete übernehmen und unter anderem eigenständig Recruiting-Projekte abwickeln. Dabei können Sie sich mit Ihrem Fachwissen einbringen und mitgestalten, aber auch weiterentwickeln und leisten somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Sie begeistern sich für:

* Unterstützung der HR-Leitung bei Personalentwicklungsprojekten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Stellvertretung der Personalleitung bei Abwesenheiten

* Ansprechpartner zu allen HR-Themen für Mitarbeiter_innen

* Unterstützung für Führungskräfte

* Recruiting-Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

* Ansprechpartner für Behörden sowie externe Personaldienstleister

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS

* Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Sehr gutes Englisch und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Flexibilität, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Engagement

* Kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit
