Für unseren Standort in Eupen suchen wir eine_n HR Business Partner, der_die die Personalarbeit mit besonderem Fokus auf Arbeiter_innen im Produktionsbereich begleitet. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie nah an den Menschen im Betrieb und unterstützen Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitenden sowie interne Schnittstellen in allen relevanten HR-Themen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen eine verlässliche Betreuung, praxisnahe HR-Prozesse und die Förderung von Inclusion.

hre Aufgaben • Betreuung und Beratung von Arbeiter_innen und Führungskräften in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen im Produktionsumfeld • Unterstützung entlang des Employee Life Cycle, insbesondere bei Recruiting, Onboarding, Betreuung und Abwesenheitsmanagement • Begleitung arbeitsrechtlicher und administrativer HR-Themen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen für einen produzierenden Standort • Unterstützung des HR-Managements und Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben in operativen HR-Themen

Ihr Profil • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Personal, Wirtschaft oder Sozialwissenschaften • Erfahrung in einer menschenorientierten Rolle, z. B. im HR-, Sozial- oder Beratungsumfeld, und Freude daran, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu sein und vertrauensvolle

Beziehungen aufzubauen • Grundlagen im Arbeitsrecht sowie in operativen HR-Prozessen, ergänzt durch Interesse an neuen Themen und die Offenheit, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln • Eine strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Nahbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Produktionsumfeld • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
