Je verdient €3.200 tot €4.300 bruto per maand, werkt 32 tot 40 uur en kunt na je inwerkperiode gedeeltelijk vanuit huis werken. 1 Dit ga je doen Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag tijdens reguliere kantoortijden. Je standplaats is Den Haag. Na je inwerkperiode is gedeeltelijk thuiswerken mogelijk. Als HR Medewerker zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Een nieuwe collega die start, een contract dat verlengd moet worden, een urenwijziging, verlofvraag of salarisaanpassing: jij zorgt dat de juiste informatie op tijd en correct wordt verwerkt. Tegelijkertijd ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je geeft antwoord op HR-vragen, houdt deadlines in de gaten en schakelt regelmatig met HR-adviseurs, recruitment en de salarisadministratie. Je gaat onder andere: - Personeelsadministratie verzorgen rondom instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom; - Arbeidsovereenkomsten, verlengingen, addenda en werkgeversverklaringen opstellen; - Personeels- en salarismutaties controleren en verwerken; - Medewerkers en leidinggevenden helpen met vragen over verlof, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-procedures; - HR-systemen en digitale personeelsdossiers actueel houden; - Ondersteunen bij onboarding, recruitment en verzuim; - Meedenken over hoe HR-processen slimmer, duidelijker en digitaler kunnen. Je werkt dagelijks met vertrouwelijke personeelsinformatie. Nauwkeurigheid is daarom belangrijk, maar net zo belangrijk is dat collega's makkelijk bij je binnenstappen en weten dat jij ze verder helpt. 2 Dit krijg je - €3.200 tot €4.300 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 ...
