Als HR Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (potentiële) medewerkers en speel je een cruciale rol in werving, personeelsadministratie en HR-ondersteuning. Jouw rol als HR Medewerker Als HR Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van de HR-processen binnen ons bedrijf. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en nauwkeurige werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en dat medewerkers optimaal ondersteund worden. Wat ga je doen? - Werving en selectie: samen met je collega's stel je aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten op. Je benadert actief potentiële kandidaten en voert sollicitatiegesprekken. Je bouwt proactief een netwerk op en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op banenmarkten en andere netwerkbijeenkomsten. - Personeelsadministratie: je beheert personeelsdossiers en ondersteunt de salarisadministratie. - HR-ondersteuning: je neemt actief deel aan HR-projecten. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-opleiding afgerond en beschikt over hbo- of wo-denkniveau. - Je bent communicatief sterk, mondeling en schriftelijk, en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners. - Je bent sociaal, toegankelijk en representatief. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en pakt zaken zelfstandig en proactief op. - Je bent stressbestendig en doortastend: je houdt je hoofd koel, ook als het druk is. - Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend. Kennis van Engels en Duits is een pré. - Je bent bij voorkeur per direct beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
