De functie In deze veelzijdige rol als HR-medewerker op onze afdeling HR Office, ben je samen met de HR-collega's verantwoordelijk voor diverse HR-processen, de personeelsadministratie en de onboarding van onze nieuwe medewerkers. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerde manier van werken is alles op tijd geregeld. Je ondersteunt het HR-team, medewerkers en leidinggevenden met hun HR gerelateerde vragen en werkt mee aan HR-projecten en verbeteringen binnen de HR-afdeling. Wat ga je doen: - Vraagbaak voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over de CAO, arbeidsvoorwaarden en onze personeelsregelingen en het uitvoeren van administratieve taken die hieruit voortkomen; - Bewaken van de voortgang van de administratieve processen en mutaties verwerken in ons personeelssysteem; - Meewerken aan de optimalisatie en standaardisatie van HR-processen, taken en verantwoordelijkheden; - Plannen, coördineren en hosten van de onboardingsdagen; - Opstellen, analyseren en beheren van HR‑rapportages. Jouw kracht Jij bent iemand die graag overzicht houdt, gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en energie krijgt van contact met mensen. Je bent representatief, enthousiast en weet zowel administratief als organisatorisch het verschil te maken.
