Jouw functie als Medewerker Boekhouding & HR

Als Medewerker Boekhouding & HR / Boekhoudkundig Bediende / HR Officer combineer je financiële administratie met personeelsbeheer. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de boekhouding als HR-processen correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Jouw taken als Boekhoudkundig en HR Medewerker

In deze functie als Medewerker Boekhouding & HR:

Boekhouding & financiële administratie:

  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen en opstellen van verkoopfacturen
  • Verwerken van financiële verrichtingen en opvolgen van kas- en banktransacties
  • Uitvoeren van afstemmingen op bankrekeningen
  • Voorbereiden van wettelijke fiscale en sociale aangiftes
  • Coderen en verwerken van boekhoudkundige documenten

Crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer:

  • Opvolgen van openstaande klanten en leveranciers
  • Versturen en opvolgen van aanmaningen en rappels
  • Beheren van klant- en leveranciersdossiers

HR & personeelsadministratie:

  • Beheer van aanwervingen en instroom van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Verwerking van afwezigheden en personeelsgegevens
  • Voorbereiden van payroll en correcte doorgave van lonen
  • Beheer van extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques
  • Opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten
  • Opvolging van vakantiewerk en stagecontracten

Als Allround Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding & HR zorg je voor een vlotte administratie en ondersteun je de organisatie op meerdere vlakken.

Jouw profiel als Medewerker Boekhouding & HR:

De ideale Boekhoudkundig Bediende / HR Administratief Medewerker:

  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding (bij voorkeur in boekhouding, HR of administratie)
  • Heeft minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Is sterk in administratie en cijfers
  • Heeft kennis van algemene boekhouding en personeelsadministratie
  • Is zelfstandig, discreet en betrouwbaar
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
