Binnen de HR-afdeling heerst een nauwe samenwerking, waarbij kwaliteit, discretie en ondersteuning van medewerkers centraal staan. Voor deze organisatie zoeken we een enthousiaste HR-professional die graag een veelzijdige rol opneemt in payroll, administratie en medewerkersbegeleiding.

Jobomschrijving

  • Onthaal en opstart van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Beheer van payroll en personeelsadministratie
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond lonen, uurroosters, tijdsregistratie, opleidingen, tijdskrediet, mutualiteit en andere HR-thema's
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van medische onderzoeken en attesteringen voor chauffeurs
  • Opvolging van werkkledij en diverse HR-administratieve processen
  • Contact onderhouden met interim- en selectiekantoren, het sociaal secretariaat en opleidingspartners
  • Ondersteunen van welzijnsinitiatieven, sportactiviteiten en personeelsevenementen
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een HR-gerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen HR.
  • Ervaring met Protime en/of eBlox is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief, mensgericht en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in contacten met zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
