HR & Office Coördinator

Ben jij een veelzijdige HR-professional die graag met mensen werkt én houdt van een sterke, correcte administratie? Voor ons interne team zoeken we een HR & Office Coördinator die HR-administratie combineert met recruitment en de begeleiding van onze consultants.

Jouw functie

Je krijgt een brede en afwisselende rol binnen Merito. Je:

  • bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze consultants bij vragen over loon, vakantie, timesheets en personeelsadministratie;
  • bereidt de maandelijkse payroll en facturatie voor en volgt deze nauwgezet op;
  • beheert het wagenpark en contacten met leveranciers;
  • zorgt voor een correcte administratie en bewaakt deadlines en openstaande acties;
  • zoekt actief naar nieuwe HR & Payroll Consultants via LinkedIn, jobdatabanken en andere kanalen;
  • doet screenings en eerste interviews en volgt kandidaten verder op;
  • verzorgt de onboarding en begeleidt consultants tijdens hun opdrachten;
  • organiseert evaluatiemomenten, opleidingen en interne communicatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma en relevante ervaring binnen HR, recruitment en/of personeelsadministratie.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent mensgericht, communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel bij zowel administratie als recruitment.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig vanuit ons kantoor in Diegem te werken.
