The posting

Als HR Officer ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met payroll, personeelsadministratie en HR-processen te maken heeft. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers correct worden verloond, dat personeelsdossiers up-to-date zijn en dat alle administratieve processen rond personeel vlot en nauwkeurig verlopen. Dankzij jouw kennis van sociale wetgeving en je gestructureerde aanpak kunnen medewerkers en leidinggevenden rekenen op professionele ondersteuning.

Op een doorsnee werkdag bereid je de loonadministratie voor, beheer je personeelsdossiers van A tot Z en verzorg je de opmaak van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten. Je volgt nauwgezet afwezigheden, verlof en tijdsregistratie op en verwerkt de nodige correcties waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen van medewerkers én leidinggevenden. Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of HR en onderhoudt vlotte contacten met externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in HR, personeelswerk, bedrijfspsychologie of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je beschikt over 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een payroll gerelateerde functie
  • Kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving is een troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en discreet
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op met medewerkers en leidinggevenden
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office (Excel, Word); ervaring met payroll- en tijdsregistratiesystemen is een plus
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én kan goed samenwerken
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen
