Ben jij een hands-on HR-professional die graag schakelt tussen mensen, processen en planning? Voel jij je thuis in een internationale omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is?

Als HR Crew Consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen van de crew. Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlotte, correcte en mensgerichte HR-ondersteuning.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je behandelt uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken voor crewleden, zoals salaris, afwezigheden, ziekteverlof en vakantie.
  • Je beheert HR-gerelateerde informatie en processen in het Crew Management System.
  • Je volgt de loopbaan- en ontwikkelingsplannen van medewerkers op en zorgt ervoor dat afgesproken stappen worden opgevolgd.
  • Je analyseert de toekomstige personeelsbehoeften binnen jouw discipline en geeft advies over de benodigde crewcapaciteit.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan projecten die HR-processen efficiënter en beter maken.
  • Je houdt handboeken, procedures, werkinstructies en checklists up-to-date.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de recruiter bij het aantrekken van nieuwe kandidaten.
  • Je neemt deel aan het screenen en beoordelen van kandidaten, in samenwerking met de betrokken operationele afdeling.
  • Je bent een toegankelijk en betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor de crew en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen op.

We zoeken vooral iemand die hands-on is, snel kan schakelen en goed prioriteiten kan stellen. In deze omgeving kunnen verschillende zaken tegelijk op je afkomen en is het belangrijk dat je het overzicht bewaart.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige HR- of personeelsfunctie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in HR of een aanverwante richting, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een maritieme omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, zelfstandig en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische werkomgeving.
