Voor onze klant, een stabiele en groeiende speler actief in verhuur, logistieke dienstverlening en technisch materieel, zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll & HR Officer (M/V/X). Vanuit de vestiging in Gentbrugge vervul je een cruciale rol binnen het HR-team en zorg je voor een correcte personeelsadministratie van voornamelijk arbeiders.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de logistieke en technische dienstverlening en telt ongeveer 120 medewerkers verspreid over verschillende vestigingen in België. Dankzij hun klantgerichte aanpak, hands-on mentaliteit en sterke focus op kwaliteit blijven zij verder groeien. Binnen de organisatie heerst een familiale en no-nonsense cultuur waar samenwerking, betrokkenheid en respect centraal staan. Medewerkers krijgen verantwoordelijkheid en worden aangemoedigd om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Omschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte loonverwerking van arbeiders.
  • Beheer van de personeels- en payrolladministratie.
  • Toepassen van sociale wetgeving en opvolgen van HR-gerelateerde dossiers.
  • Verwerking van prestaties, waaronder zaterdagwerk en specifieke uurregistraties.
  • Ondersteunen van de planning voor technische medewerkers en kraanoperatoren.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders en leidinggevenden inzake payroll- en HR-vragen.
  • Mee ondersteunen bij de rekrutering van arbeiders voor de site in Gentbrugge.
  • Actief deelnemen aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen HR.
  • Testen en implementeren van nieuwe systemen voor tijdsregistratie en loonverwerking.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van teamleaders in HR-gerelateerde topics.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere professionalisering van de HR-afdeling.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding binnen HR, personeelswerk of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in payroll en sociale wetgeving.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen payroll is een plus, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent communicatief en voelt je comfortabel in contact met zowel arbeiders als leidinggevenden.
  • Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en bouwt vlot relaties op.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan jezelf professioneel behelpen in het Frans.
