Je komt terecht bij een grote, internationaal actieve organisatie met meerdere vestigingen en een brede operationele werking. De onderneming bevindt zich in een periode van groei en verandering, waarbij samenwerking, efficiëntie en verdere professionalisering centraal staan. Medewerkers werken er in een dynamische omgeving met korte communicatielijnen en veel ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Als HR Officer zorg je voor een correcte administratieve ondersteuning van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je krijgt een breed en afwisselend takenpakket en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • De volledige administratieve onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers verzorgen;
  • Persoons- en opstartgegevens verwerken in de verschillende systemen;
  • Arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere HR-documenten opstellen en toelichten;
  • Accounts, toegangen, e-learnings, mobiele telefoons en andere werkmiddelen organiseren;
  • De administratie rond bedrijfswagens en andere voordelen opvolgen;
  • HR-documenten correct verwerken, archiveren en opvolgen;
  • Medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteunen bij praktische HR-vragen;
  • Vragen rond onder andere moederschapsrust, arbeidsongevallen en personeelsadministratie beantwoorden;
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen de business en de payrollafdeling;
  • Facturen en andere administratieve documenten verwerken;
  • Meewerken aan HR-projecten en initiatieven om bestaande processen te verbeteren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een HR-professional die voldoende ervaring heeft om snel verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Minstens twee à drie jaar ervaring als HR Officer, HR Administrator of in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Een sterke interesse in personeelsadministratie en ondersteunende HR-processen;
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • Kennis en/of ervaring met paritair comité 226
  • De maturiteit om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en prioriteiten te bepalen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding;
  • De flexibiliteit om vlot om te gaan met veranderingen en een wisselende workload.
  • Ervaring met Protime is een plus

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
