Krijg je energie van structuur, efficiëntie en het uitwerken van verbeterinitiatieven? Dan is deze uitdaging als HR Process Improvement Specialist misschien wel iets voor jou.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van dagelijkse HR-administratie, waaronder contractbeheer, onboarding, offboarding, personeelswijzigingen, afwezigheden en personeelsdossiers.
  • Waken over de nauwkeurigheid en tijdige verwerking van HR-gegevens en administratieve processen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor HR-processen en operationele activiteiten coördineren en prioriteren.
  • HR-processen analyseren en optimaliseren door knelpunten en inefficiënties te identificeren en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Processen standaardiseren en documenteren, en automatisatie en digitalisering stimuleren in samenwerking met HRIS, Payroll, IT en andere HR-teams.
  • Toezien op de naleving van arbeidswetgeving, interne richtlijnen en auditvereisten.
  • Procesprestaties opvolgen en verbeteringen voorstellen op het vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en medewerkerservaring.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Als HR Process Improvement Specialist heb je enkele jaren ervaring in HR-administratie, HR Operations, Payroll of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie of shared service center is een plus.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en gedreven om processen te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.
  • Kennis van Lean, automatisatie en HR-systemen is een troef.
  • Sterk in communicatie en het overtuigen van stakeholders vanuit expertise.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
