Functieomschrijving:

  • Je stelt vacatures op in overleg met de verschillende afdelingen en publiceert deze via de meest geschikte kanalen.
  • Je kiest doelgericht de juiste rekruteringskanalen om talentvolle kandidaten aan te trekken.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten en screent cv’s zorgvuldig.
  • Je plant sollicitatiegesprekken in en begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces.
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met hiring managers en externe rekruteringspartners.
  • Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij diverse HR-projecten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van het HR-beleid.
  • Je werkt mee aan een professionele, veilige en mensgerichte werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen HR of rekrutering.
  • Je hebt een eerste succesvolle ervaring in recruitment en/of HR.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, proactief en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Je hebt een dynamische ingesteldheid en houdt van afwisseling.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een passie voor mensen.
  • Ervaring, maturiteit en motivatie zijn belangrijker dan leeftijd — ook 45-plussers worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
