Voor ons Manpower-kantoor te Genk en Hasselt, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een nieuwe collega! Zie jij een uitdaging als HR recruiter/uitzendconsulent wel zitten?

Jobomschrijving

Een greep uit je takenpakket als HR recruiter/uitzendconsulent:

  • Als HR recruiter/uitzendconsulent ben jij een echte matchmaker tussen klant & kandidaat!
  • Je schuimt de vacaturesites af op zoek naar kandidaten en beheert onze eigen instroomkanalen (online sollicitaties, social media,..)
  • Je doet een uitgebreide screening met kandidaten om de perfecte match te maken. Je neemt de tijd om te luisteren naar hun noden en verwachtingen. Je bouwt aan een lange termijn relatie.
  • Je stelt kandidaten voor op onze openstaande vacatures maar daarnaast ga je ook op zoek naar andere jobmogelijkheden.

Ten slotte zorg je ook voor een correcte, administratieve afhandeling van de klanten- en kandidatendossiers (kandidaten inschrijven, database-update, voorstelling kandidaten...).

Iedere dag is anders!

Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Genk en Hasselt.

Wie ben jij?
