Als HR & Recruitment Officer help jij Bureau 2030 groeien door de juiste talenten te vinden en aan onze organisatie te verbinden. Je bouwt relaties op met kandidaten en zorgt ervoor dat we de mensen aantrekken die passen bij ons team en onze ambities. - Je zoekt, benadert en enthousiasmeert geschikte kandidaten. - Je bouwt aan een sterk kandidatennetwerk. - Je begeleidt het volledige recruitmentproces: van screening tot aanname. - Je ontdekt nieuwe wervingskanalen en denkt mee over hoe we recruitment steeds slimmer organiseren. Naast recruitment draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van onze HR-processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de personeelsadministratie op orde is, nieuwe collega's een goede start maken en medewerkers en leidinggevenden terecht kunnen met hun HR-vragen. - Je verzorgt personeelsadministratie en contracten. - Je ondersteunt bij onboarding, in-, door- en uitstroom. - Je ondersteunt bij salaris-, pensioen- en personeelsmutaties.
