Als (Senior) HR Services Medewerker bij Unica ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, managers en HR-collega's. Jouw uitdaging als (Senior) HR Services Medewerker Als (Senior) HR Services medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, managers en HR-collega's. Via telefoon, e-mail en ons helpdesksysteem beantwoord je uiteenlopende vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden, personeelsregelingen en HR-systemen. Die diversiteit maakt dat geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Je verzorgt de personeelsadministratie, de administratieve afhandeling van de volledige employee journey, van in- en doorstroom tot uitstroom. Vanuit HR Services ondersteunen we ruim 4.600 medewerkers verspreid over 31 bedrijven, waarbij verschillende cao's en arbeidsvoorwaarden van toepassing zijn. Dat maakt het werk inhoudelijk uitdagend en afwisselend. Kort samengevat bestaat je functie uit: - Beantwoorden van uiteenlopende HR-vragen via telefoon, e-mail en helpdesksysteem. - Verwerken van in-, door- en uitstroom in het HR-systeem. - Zorgdragen voor correcte personeelsdossiers en tijdige verwerking van mutaties. - Signaleren en verbeteren van processen en communicatie binnen HR Services. - Werken met diverse cao's en arbeidsvoorwaardenpakketten.
