Wat houdt de stage in?

Als HR-stagiaire bij Talentus ondersteun je onze HR Professionals en heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je wordt echt wel part of the team. Elke stagiair(e) is uniek en dus ook jij! Wij zorgen voor een goed kader en een individueel traject. We zetten samen met jou een stage-traject op wat kan bestaan uit de volgende aspecten:

  • Ondersteuning bij rekruteringsacties (sourcing via Matchbox, Carerix, VDAB, LinkedIn, ...)
  • Uitvoeren van screenings en diepte-interviews (cv-scan, eyecatchers & red flags, structuur in gesprekken, core questions, referenties, STARR-methode, AGRI-methode, culture fit, ...)
  • Afname en analyseren assessments (behaviour, personality, motivation, cognitive, ability, knowledge)
  • Opvolging van klantendossiers (registratie en aanvullingen in Carerix, evaluatievisits begeleiden ter plaatse, opvolging actuele vacatures, voorstellingen en gesprekken met kandidaten, …)
  • Uitschrijven van vacatureteksten (intake, opmaak vacature en herschrijven, google trends, google for jobs, onderzoek en analyse naar onlinekanalen, …)
  • Werken met LinkedIn (posts maken, je netwerk uitbreiden, sourcing acties,...)
  • Opvolgen van (HR) administratie (bv. kandidatendossiers opvolgen, uitschrijven interviews, voorstellingen aan klanten, verslagen uitschrijven, ...)
  • Assisteren bij interne rekrutering (campus recruitment, Talentus branding, ambassadeurschap, internal referral program)
  • Onderzoek en analyse naar plaatsingsratio’s, time to hire, …
  • Marktonderzoek potentiële klanten
  • Opvolging en ondersteuning tijdens 333-actie (maandelijks intern event)
  • Mogelijkheid om met onze interne HR bepaalde zaken op te nemen als onboarding, offboarding, learing & development, feedback- en opvolgingsgesprekken, verslagen opmaken, …
  • Verder kan je rekenen op allerlei ad-hoctaken en projecten om je organisatorische en commerciële vaardigheden aan te scherpen

Wie zoeken we?

Enthousiaste en leergierige studenten die meer te weten willen komen over de wondere wereld van HR. Het is belangrijk dat je naast een brede HR-interesse ook zin hebt voor initiatief nemen, durft te bellen en je daarnaast sales- en service-minded gericht bent. Wij bieden enkel stagetrajecten aan 2e en 3ejaars studenten.
