In deze rol staat een brede mix van rekrutering, medewerkersondersteuning en nauwkeurige HR-administratie centraal.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledig rekruteringsproces van technisch talent, van intake tot aanwerving;
  • Uitbouw van een duurzame relatie met kandidaten en begeleiding doorheen elke stap van het selectieproces;
  • Centrale rol als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-gerelateerde vragen;
  • Opvolging van personeelsadministratie, inclusief contracten, afwezigheden en dossierbeheer;
  • Actieve ondersteuning van onboarding en opvolgmomenten om nieuwe collega’s vlot te laten instromen;
  • Bewaking van HR-processen en signaleren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden binnen het team;
  • Inzet op interne HR-projecten en initiatieven die bijdragen aan een positief medewerkersbeleid;
  • Flexibele inschakeling in bijkomende taken naargelang de noden binnen het HR-team.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie?

  • Ervaring binnen rekrutering vormt een sterke basis om verschillende selectie- en aanwervingsprocessen professioneel te ondersteunen;
  • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers, documenten en interne procedures;
  • Een bachelor denkniveau en het vermogen om nieuwe informatie snel te verwerken dragen bij aan een efficiënte werking;
  • Vlotte beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Frans is een duidelijke troef, zeker omdat gesprekken regelmatig in het Frans plaatsvinden;
  • Basiskennis van sociale wetgeving ondersteunt het correct beantwoorden van vragen en het toepassen van HR-richtlijnen;
  • Discretie wordt bewust ingezet wanneer gevoelige of vertrouwelijke situaties dit vereisen;
  • Flexibele houding tot het werken van occasionele overuren;
  • Een teamgerichte ingesteldheid versterkt de samenwerking binnen het HR-team.
