Bij Maître André in Brugge produceren we vanuit onze moderne productiesite op de Blauwe Toren vers bladerdeeg, quiches en andere specialiteiten.

Om onze familiale kmo verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een HR Verantwoordelijke die dicht bij onze medewerkers staat en zorgt voor een vlotte HR-werking: van rekrutering en personeelsplanning tot administratie en dagelijkse personeelsopvolging.

Je krijgt een brede en zelfstandige functie waarin je zowel operationeel als adviserend mee het verschil maakt.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als HR Verantwoordelijke zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse HR-werking en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Personeelsplanning op de werkvloer en het organiseren van vervanging bij afwezigheden
  • Voorbereiding en controle van prestatiegegevens voor het sociaal secretariaat en interimpartners
  • Contact en opvolging met interimkantoren
  • Onboarding van medewerkers
  • Personeelsadministratie en opvolging van contracten, verlof en afwezigheden
  • Planning en opvolging van opleidingen en medische onderzoeken
  • Praktische opvolging van welzijn en veiligheid
  • Ondersteuning van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-vragen
  • Meedenken over en verbeteren van HR-processen

Wie zijn wij?

Maître André is een familiebedrijf die de traditie van het bakken hoog in het vaandel voert en dit steeds met oog voor kwaliteit en het creëren van een goede smaak. De verse bladerdeeg van Maître André is een product die onze klanten bijstaat in de creatie van hun bakgerechten. Het is enorm tijdbesparend en biedt daarom meer ruimte voor de artistieke verwerking. Naast ons vers bladerdeeg maken we afgewerkte producten zoals chèvrefeuilles en quiches.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een masteropleiding of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, bij voorkeur binnen HR, personeelswerk, bedrijfsmanagement of een aanverwante richting
  • Je hebt minimum vijf jaar ervaring binnen HR, recruitment of personeelsadministratie
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met personeelsinformatie
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met digitale toepassingen
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of voedingsbedrijf is mooi meegenomen
