Ben jij geboeid door veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu? Neem je graag het voortouw in het uitbouwen en bewaken van HSE-beleid? Dan kan deze uitdaging wel eens perfect bij jou passen.

Voor een familiale KMO binnen de voedingsindustrie in de regio van Ieper zoeken we een HSE Coördinator. Deze onderneming kent een no-nonsense cultuur en legt de focus op het verwerken van een seizoensgebonden aanbod aan kwalitatieve producten. Nauwe samenwerkingen met partners uit de streek, aandacht voor efficiënte productieprocessen en investeringen in installaties vormen de basis van hun dagelijkse werking.

Om hun veiligheids- en milieubeleid verder te versterken, kijken ze vandaag uit naar een Preventieadviseur die structuur brengt, processen bewaakt en mee waakt over een veilige werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als HSE Coördinator neem je het voortouw in het uitbouwen van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving en fungeer je als vertrouwde adviseur voor het management rond veiligheid en welzijn op de werkvloer
  • Door risicoanalyses uit te voeren en gerichte verbetermaatregelen te implementeren, zorg je ervoor dat mogelijke gevaren vroegtijdig worden aangepakt en processen continu veiliger worden
  • Bij arbeidsongevallen of incidenten ga je grondig te werk: je onderzoekt de oorzaak, analyseert de situatie en zet concrete acties op die herhaling helpen voorkomen
  • Het organiseren van opleidingen, toolbox meetings en evacuatieoefeningen zorgt ervoor dat collega’s zich bewust zijn van veiligheidsrichtlijnen en weten hoe ze correct moeten handelen
  • Voor medewerkers ben je hét aanspreekpunt rond veiligheid en milieu, terwijl je tegelijk meedenkt bij nieuwe investeringen en initiatieven met een sterke focus op veilige werkomstandigheden en verantwoord afvalbeheer
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma
  • Belangrijker is dat je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en bent bereid om niveau 1 te behalen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
