Werving- en selectiekantoor Hays is op zoek naar een HSE Manager voor een klant actief in de voedingsindustrie. Deze moderne productieomgeving beschikt over een geautomatiseerd en innovatief machinepark. Jouw nieuwe functie

In deze rol neem je een centrale positie in binnen het preventie- en veiligheidsteam. Je werkt nauw samen met het lokale management en verschillende interne en externe stakeholders. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het gezondheids-, veiligheids-, milieu- en beveiligingsbeleid.
  • Adviseren van het lokale managementteam en ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen.
  • Uitbouwen, opvolgen en verbeteren van de HSE‑strategie.
  • Beheren van ISO‑normeringen zoals ISO 14001 en ISO 50001.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van het lokale HSE‑team.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, audits, noodprocedures en verbeterprojecten.
  • Opstellen en beheren van het jaarlijks HSE‑plan, inclusief budget, investeringen en rapportering.
  • Organiseren van veiligheidsreviews, opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Ondersteunen van het plantteam op vlak van preventie.
  • Samenwerken met overheidsinstanties en externe partners.

Jouw profiel

  • Het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen HSE in een industriële omgeving.
  • Het attest Milieucoördinator A is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke analytische, communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, teamgerichte en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
