Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als HSE Project Manager help je om projecten op het vlak van HSE verder te definiëren, neem je het ownership van bepaalde projecten op en volg je de implementatie van andere projecten van nabij op.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het voorstellen, definiëren, uitwerken en implementeren van projecten met betrekking tot enerzijds het voorkomen en minimaliseren van noodsituaties, noodplanning, en de preventie van ernstige ongevallen en anderzijds het verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • De opvolging van milieuprojecten en de goede werking van de milieutechnische installaties zoals vergisters, anaerobe en aerobe waterzuiveringsinstallaties, lucht zuiveringsinstallaties, etc.
  • Het hoog in het vaandel dragen van milieu en veiligheid en het optreden als milieu- en veiligheidsambassadeur naar alle interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Het ondersteunen van de uitrol van het globaal preventie- en jaaractieplan teneinde de frequentiegraad van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten te minimaliseren.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Een diploma van Preventieadviseur niveau I is een pluspunt.
  • Je treedt op als overtuigende gesprekspartner, straalt vertrouwen uit en kan op een diplomatische en assertieve manier jouw standpunten verdedigen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, flexibel, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht en weet anderen te motiveren.
  • Een goede kennis van Frans is zeer belangrijk.
  • Ook 45 plussers worden aangemoedigd om zich kandidaat te stellen.
