Robyn Hooplot Junior HR Medewerker [email protected] Functieprofiel Als HSE Specialist bij Sonneveld speel je een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van veiligheid binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het HSE-beleid actueel is en aansluit op wetgeving, het beleid van Orkla Food Ingredients (moederbedrijf) en interne richtlijnen. Je bent een zichtbaar en benaderbaar aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en weet collega's op een coachende en positieve manier mee te nemen in veilig werken. De rol is sterk operationeel: je bent dagelijks aanwezig in de productieomgeving, voert observatierondes uit, onderzoekt incidenten en stimuleert veilig gedrag. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de QHSE Manager en heb je direct contact met management en directie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, vertrouwen en ruimte om deze rol naar eigen inzicht vorm te geven, met voldoende budget en support om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je bezoekt regelmatig de locaties in Waddinxveen en Duiven. Hier stem je af met dePlant Manager en teamleiders over HSE, loop je controlerondes en ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Voor locatiebezoeken is een poolauto beschikbaar. Je bepaalt zelf de frequentie van je bezoeken, afgestemd op de urgentie en ondersteuningsvraag vanuit de locaties.
