  • Je bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu binnen de organisatie;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het verder uitbouwen van een positieve preventie- en veiligheidscultuur;
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert systemen zoals ISO 45001, ISO 14001 en VCA;
  • Je vertaalt richtlijnen en wettelijke verplichtingen naar praktische toepassingen op de werkvloer;
  • Je geeft deskundig advies bij nieuwe projecten, van voorbereiding tot opstart;
  • Je ondersteunt teams bij risicoanalyses, veiligheidsstudies, werfveiligheidsplannen en preventiemaatregelen;
  • Je begeleidt methodieken zoals HAZOP, RAMS, Safety by Design en gelijkaardige veiligheidsprocessen;
  • Je ondersteunt operationele diensten en bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende locaties;
  • Je leidt veiligheidsrondgangen, toolboxen, startwerkbesprekingen en actieplannen;
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en bijna-incidenten en werkt verbeteracties uit;
  • Je begeleidt audits en volgt eisen van opdrachtgevers op;
  • Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt opleidingen rond veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu;
  • Je beheert het opleidingsaanbod en volgt certificeringen en trainingen op;
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke en enthousiaste communicatie rond preventie en welzijn;
  • Je ziet toe op het naleven van Belgische en Nederlandse regelgeving;
  • Je houdt rapporteringen up-to-date en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de EHS-data;
  • Je staat mee in voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.

Je bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt, vlot communiceert en energie haalt uit het verbeteren van processen en het creëren van veilige werkomstandigheden.

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van EHS-wetgeving, met bijzondere aandacht voor Nederland;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met managementsystemen zoals ISO 45001, ISO 14001 en/of VCA;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht;
  • Je weet mensen mee te krijgen dankzij je positieve en overtuigende communicatiestijl;
  • Je voelt je goed in zowel operationele als projectmatige omgevingen;
  • Ervaring als trainer, coach of opleider vormt een extra troef;
  • Je functioneert graag binnen een internationale context en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
