Voor een internationale productieorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een HSE Specialist. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen, implementeren en verankeren van het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid over meerdere productiesites.

Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een strategische visie op veiligheid en werkt nauw samen met management en operationele teams. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en een duurzame veiligheidscultuur.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ondersteunt en optimaliseert het HSE-beleid over meerdere productiesites en stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering.
  • Je voert incidentonderzoeken en root cause analyses uit en vertaalt deze naar structurele preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je identificeert veiligheidsrisico's, voert risicoanalyses uit en volgt de implementatie van actieplannen op.
  • Je stelt indienststellingsverslagen op en ondersteunt bij de veilige ingebruikname van installaties en machines.
  • Je beheert noodprocedures en organiseert evacuatieoefeningen en veiligheidsacties.
  • Je volgt HSE-projecten op en ziet toe op de naleving van de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een sterke veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële, productie- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van veiligheidswetgeving, risicobeheer en HSE-managementsystemen. Ervaring met ATEX of process safety is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt projectmatig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en weet medewerkers en leidinggevenden te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
