In deze rol breng je mensen, processen en praktijk samen op de projectlocatie. Je bewaakt het overzicht, zet verbeteringen in beweging en zorgt dat kwaliteit en veiligheid elke dag zichtbaar zijn. Je werkt op het snijvlak van beleid en uitvoering: scherp genoeg om risico's te herkennen, praktisch genoeg om collega's mee te nemen. Met jouw assertieve en integere aanpak maak je afspraken concreet en houd je de voortgang goed in beeld. - Opstellen en actueel houden van RI&E en V&G-plannen - Registreren en opvolgen van incidenten en near misses - Leiden van toolbox meetings en veiligheidsinstructies - Uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en deze vertalen naar duidelijke acties Functie-eisen Voor deze functie breng je 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring mee op het gebied van kwaliteit en veiligheid. Heb je ervaring in de ondergrondse infra, dan is dat een plus. Je werkt precies, schakelt vlot tussen de praktijk en rapportage en weet mensen op een duidelijke manier mee te nemen. Je bent gericht op kwaliteit, houdt je hoofd koel en bewaakt de koers, ook als de planning onder druk komt te staan. - Je hebt een diploma IVK of MVK, of verwacht deze opleiding binnen aanzienbare tijd af te ronden. - Kennis van RI&E, V&G-plannen en veiligheidsregistratie - Je communiceert helder en werkt zorgvuldig, oplossingsgericht en gericht op samenwerking - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week en wilt zichtbaar bijdragen aan verbetering Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je werkt bij een aannemingsbedrijf in Zeelan...
