Wil je brede huisartsengeneeskunde combineren met nauwe samenwerking tussen lichamelijke, psychische en sociale zorg?

Het Halmaalhuis zoekt een collega-huisarts die mee wil bouwen aan toegankelijke, geïntegreerde eerstelijnszorg.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bij complexe zorgvragen sta je er niet alleen voor: complexe casussen worden besproken en gedragen binnen een overleggerichte teamstructuur.

Onze multidisciplinaire praktijk in Sint-Truiden is actief sinds 2025 en nauw verbonden met Zorggroep Myna. We richten ons op een gevarieerde patiëntenpopulatie, met bijzondere aandacht voor mensen met verhoogde zorgnoden.

Je biedt brede huisartsenzorg, van acute en chronische zorg tot preventie en gezondheidsbevordering. Je volgt patiënten met langdurige of complexe zorgnoden op, met aandacht voor de samenhang tussen lichamelijke gezondheid en psychische en sociale omstandigheden.

Je werkt samen met een ervaren collega-huisarts, eerstelijnspsychologen, psychiaters, maatschappelijk werkers en andere zorgpartners. Bij complexe zorgvragen overleg je met de betrokken zorgverleners en stem je de opvolging af.

Je bent erkend huisarts, startend of ervaren, en werkt graag samen rond kwaliteitsvolle, mensgerichte eerstelijnszorg. Affiniteit met geestelijke gezondheidszorg is welkom, maar geen vereiste. Ook huisartsen in opleiding die na hun erkenning willen starten, zijn welkom.
