The posting

Wijkgezondheidscentrum Vierkappes en Wijkgezondheidscentrum De Gete in Tienen werken nauw samen en bestaan uit een team van artsen en HAIO-artsen, verpleegkundigen, een zorgkundige, kinesitherapeuten, sociaal werkers, een psycholoog, een perinatale coach, een gezondheidspromotor en een omkaderend team. Via toegankelijke en kwaliteitsvolle zorg en met aandacht voor preventie, ondersteunen we onze patiënten in hun gezondheid. De 2 centra verzorgen samen ongeveer 5.000 patiënten in Groot-Tienen. Omwille van een collega die binnenkort op verdiend pensioen gaat, zoeken wij een vaste huisarts om ons team vanaf januari 2027 te komen versterken.

Takenpakket

  • Je verleent integrale zorg in een interdisciplinair team onder 1 dak;
  • Je hebt hierbij aandacht voor preventie, je vertrekt graag vanuit een visie van positieve gezondheid en je hebt affiniteit met de grote diversiteit in onze patiëntenpopulatie;
  • Je houdt consultaties in beide vestigingen (enkel op afspraak) en legt ook huisbezoeken af binnen ons werkingsgebied (postcode 3300) (een fiets is bij ons beschikbaar);
  • Je gebruikt MYA (elektronische agenda) en Care Connect (EMD).
  • Je bent erkend en geaccrediteerd huisarts;
  • Je hebt, naast het Nederlands, een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels. Noties van andere talen zijn welkom.
